  2. Why do you keep saying "superfluous"? It means unnecessary, or excessive to requirements. Pho is not superfluous, it is definitely necessary!

  3. You got black cardamom which is a real deep earthy smoky taste. Green cardamom are smaller and more fragrant,
    Your broth is too dark needs to be lighter

  4. I love pho but the effort to make and clean up is insane outside of a restaurant, I would only make it if I was being paid

    And don't put the hoisin and sriracha sauce into the bowl with the pho, that ruins the broth flavor, put them in a side dish
