  2. I don't want to lose the rest of my body fat cause I am already thin it's just my belly fat >.< So will this workout make me lose fat in my entire body or it focuses only on my belly?! I try to eat well next to the exercise because I am afraid of getting thinner, but isn't eating gonna prevent me from taking the benefit of the exercise????, what the heck I don't know what to do!

  3. WTF is with these dudes in the background? Is that some joke or she just didn't noticed at all? I'm confused.

  4. Am I the only one who noticed those two guys hiding behind the two giant grey bouncy balls at 8:08 while she was doing side plank number 2.
