On our final day in Ho Chi Minh City we start the day with another trip to the amazing Workshop Coffee house. We then go on to explore the Apartment Cafe block on Nguyen Hue walking street, an apartment block that has been transformed in to small cafes, restaurants and boutique stores.

After a failed attempt at shopping and a delicious lunch in a back alley restaurant called the Old Compass Cafe, we head back out later that evening for a few more surprises.

We end the night at our favourite Bun Cha restaurant on Bui Vien street after stumbling upon a Japanese Festival… this may have been our most random day yet…

About Us
Hi, and welcome to our channel! We’re Lorna & Tony, a British couple exploring the world with a camera in one hand and a coffee in the other. We left the UK in November 2018 after years of not being able to shake the feeling that we should try traveling long term. We moved out of our flat and sold most of our belongings including our beloved cars to start this crazy adventure that we’re now on. We aim to inspire you to live a happy, healthy and adventurous life every single day whether that’s in your home town or half way across the world. Join us in our mission to make the most of every day.

As always, thank you so much for watching our videos, talk to you in the comments!

  1. What a great find. Amazingly discreet place, in the middle of the most expensive and in-demand blvd in HCMC. And I love the fact that VN eatery/cafe scene is still immune from the franchise syndrome like in the States where's there's no character.

  2. The AirBnB I stayed at last time I was in VN was right next to the Saigon Centre and I never even walked into that mall but I went to Ben Thanh Market everyday.
