  1. This workout is no joke if done correctly. Don’t cheat yourself when it comes to rest between sets. Just got done and it put me on my ass. Great stuff

  2. I personally think that is too much workout for one section. You only need 2 of these workouts followed with a bit cardio. I have a 6 pack, but I would never do this much. Js

  5. i've been doing this for a week now and i'm planning on doing it for longer but the more i do it the more i can feel it so i think i'm slowly learning how to do this properly. First time i was like "this is so easy" now that i've did it several times i actually start to feel that it is not easy at all
