This workout is no joke if done correctly. Don’t cheat yourself when it comes to rest between sets. Just got done and it put me on my ass. Great stuff

i've been doing this for a week now and i'm planning on doing it for longer but the more i do it the more i can feel it so i think i'm slowly learning how to do this properly. First time i was like "this is so easy" now that i've did it several times i actually start to feel that it is not easy at all
